For the complaint of price, it should be settled within 30 days after the
case being accepted. If it is pretty complex, the time can be moderately
extended, with the longest time of no longer than 60 days. It is required that
complaints on prices must be accepted and investigated, and there must be some
result for the investigation. In addition, the result of investigation should be
given to complainer within 15 days after the complaint case is concluded.
