5. Control of species quantity and structure of Non-key State-protected wild animals, based on scientific demonstration;

6. Other special cases.

Charge standard: Capture or hunting of Non-key State-protected wild animals will be charged according to Charge Standard of Management Fees for Protection of Municipal Key Protected and Non-key Protected Wild Animals against Capture and Hunting.
