state-protected wild land animals and the derived products;
2. Effective documents or materials certifying the applicant¡¯s identity;
3. Purpose and plan, including targeted species, quantity, location, price,
utilization methods and responsible persons;
4. Effective documents and materials certifying the legal source of the
second-class state-protected wild land animals and the derived products;
5. Copy of agreement which is signed for sales, purchase and utilization of
second-class state-protected wild land animals and the derived products.
