Upon the entrustment from Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai
Municipality, Administration Commission of Experimental Animals of Shanghai
Municipality undertakes: 1. acceptance of application; 2. monitoring; 3. expert
examination; 4. review of result; 5. approval from Science and Technology
Commission of Shanghai Municipality; and 6. issuance of license.
