Execution authority: administrative authority for funeral and burial of District/county Civil Affairs Bureau

Application procedure: (I) Written application;
(II) Certificate proving the applicant's qualification;
(III) Feasibility report;
(IV) Certificate of fixed place and necessary facilities and equipments;
(V) Staff with the skills to arrange funeral and burial.
Execution procedure:

(I) The district/county Civil Affairs Bureau shall make the decision within 30 days since receiving all valid documents, approving the qualified and rejecting the unqualified.
(II) The applicant approved shall register at the authority for industry and commerce subject to the approval document.
(III) Before beginning the business, the service agency for funeral and burial shall submit the written application to district/county Civil Affairs Bureau, which shall make the decision within 30 days since receiving the application and issue the "Service License" to those in conformity with following conditions:
1. Business license issued by the authority for industry and commerce and the pricing approval document issued by price management authority;
2. With fixed place and staff;
3. Main principals obtain the certificate of incumbency issued by district/county Civil Affairs Bureau.
