Application procedure: (I) Written application for registration of establishment
(II) Meeting solution approving the establishment;
(III) "Registration Form of Social Organization as Legal Person";
(IV) "Verification Form of Articles of Association of Social Organization";
(V) Articles of association of the social organization;
(VI) "Registration Form of Registration of Legal Person of Social Organization";
(VII) Copy of ID card of legal person of social organization;
(VIII) "Record Form of Principal of Social Organization";
(IX) "Record Form of Offices of Social Organization";

(X) Name list of formal members (service organization, address, principal and phone nember).
Execution procedure:
(I) Application: The applicant shall convene a meeting for establishment within 6 months since the authority for registration approves the project preparation, passing the articles of association, establishing execution department, assigning principal and legal person, and submitting the application and relevant documents to the authority for registration.
(II) Acceptance: The authority shall accept the application only when the documents, certificates and forms are proved valid and complete.
(III) Examination: the authority shall check the trueness, validity and legality of the documents, certificates and forms and verify the items and conditions in and for registration.
(IV) Verification: the authority shall make the decision whether to approve or disapprove the application upon examination and verification and notify the applicant of the result timely.
(V) Issuance of certificate: the authority shall issue the "Registration Certificate of Social Organization as Legal Person" and have the applicant obtain the certificate and sign for the obtainment;
(VI) Seal carving: the social organization shall have the seal carved, open bank account and file the form of the seal and bank account number with the authority for registration.
(VII) Proclamation: the authority for registration shall release the proclamation of the social organization approved at the public newspapers and magazines.
Standard and basis of charge: (I) Standard of charge
1. 10 yuan for every application;
2. 90 yuan for registration (including the fee of certificate);

(III) The legal person and principal have not been punished by the deprivation of political rights and have full civil capacity;
(IV) The legal person cannot be the legal person of any other social organization concurrently;
(V) There is no dishonest action for application for project preparation;
(VI) There is no other matter prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
