4. Name list of the principals and the staff of the office
in Shanghai;
5. Certification document of the workplace in Shanghai (house
ownership certificate or lease contract);
6. Other relevant documents
required by Shanghai Bureau of Labor and Social Security

The clerk of Shanghai Management Center for
the Affairs Related to Other Chinese Places shall prepare the "Approval of Labor
Service Export from Other Chinese Places", with official seal, and inform the
application to draw the "Approval of Labor Service Export from Other Chinese
Places" through telephone within 5 working days.
Unapproved after
examination:
The clerk of Shanghai Management Center for the Affairs Related
to Other Chinese Places shall return the application documents and explain the
reasons for disapproval to the applicant within 5 working days.
