Application for Establishment of Resident Office in Shanghai by Foreign Governmental Tourism Department

The foreign governmental tourism department shall submit following documents when applying for establishment of resident office in Shanghai:
1. True copy of written application signed by the principal of the tourism department and affixed with the official of the tourism department, reporting the name of the office, number of standing employees, functions and resident city;
2. True copy of assignment certification, resume, photo and ID card of the standing employees.
Upon approval, Shanghai Tourism Management Commission shall submit the application to State Administration of Tourism.

Applicant's qualification: the resident representative, representative office, business office, executive office, liaison office or the organ with any other name set in Shanghai by foreign governmental tourism department shall be uniformly regarded the resident office of such foreign governmental tourism department.
