The following documents shall be submitted to the approving institution to apply for the establishment of foreign enterprising investment management companies: Application form; Contract and articles of association of the foreign enterprising investment enterprise management companies; Registration proof (copy) of the investor; Proof of the legal representative (copy); other relevant documents required by the approving institution. The name of such companies shall include enterprising investment management. Apart from such foreign enterprising investment enterprise management companies, no other foreign invested companies can use the word of enterprising investment management in their names.

　　Management companies that have been approved to engage in risk investment in China shall, within 30 days after its management contract is approved, proceed with its business registration at the registration institution. The following documents shall be submitted and the company shall be responsible for their authenticity and their effectiveness: Registration application form with the signature of director of board of the offshore enterprising investment management corporation or other legal representatives; Operation and management contracts and approval documents from the approving institution; Articles of association or partnership agreement of offshore enterprising investment management companies; Business license of offshore enterprising investment management companies; Credit proof of offshore enterprising investment management companies; Authorization from offshore enteraprising investment management companies to project manager in China, his/her CV and ID card; Proof of business venue of offshore enterprising investment management companies in China.

　　All the above-mentioned documents shall be written in Chinese. If they are written in foreign languages, standard Chinese version shall also be provided.
