Application Formalities:
(I) presenting the Funeral Service Card;
(II) presenting the report of annual review;
(III) presenting the audit verification report; and
(IV) presenting other related materials.
Time for Annual Review: April 1st through June 30th of each year
Processing Procedures:
(I) Any and all of cemeteries shall, within ten days upon receipt of the annual review notice, present any and all of materials necessary for annual review to the bureau of civil affairs at district/county level by which the very cemeteries are governed;
(II) The bureau of civil affairs at district/county level shall, upon receipt of such materials, complete first review, and, in case of approval, report to Shanghai Funeral Administration for final review and approval; and
(III) Shanghai Funeral Administration shall, upon receipt of opinions of first review by the bureau of civil affairs at district/county level with the materials necessary for annual review presented by the cemeteries, make the final conclusion of annual review.
