mineral resource compensation fee.

Handling Procedure: Mineral rsource
excavation enterprise shal submit the application of mineralresorce compensation
fee reduction and exemption to relevant charging departments ¡ú The charging
departments will check the documents and submit the application to Shanghai
Municipal Real Eestate and Land Resource Administration Bureau (The reduction of
more than 50% fee shall be approved by the municipal government) Decisions will
be made and informed to the enterprise and will be reported to the charging
department for file.

Working Hours: The harging departments will check the documents and submit
its opinion to Shanghai Municipal Real Estate and Land Resource Administration
Bureau within fifteen days after the receipt of the application. Shanghai
Municipal Real Estate and Land Resource Administration Bureau will make its
decision together with municipal finance bureau within thirty days after the
receipt of the application.
During of Procedure: Decision will be made
together with municipal finance bureau within thirty days after the receipt of
the appliation. |
