district/county level
Application Formalities:
(I) presenting the Funeral
Service Card;
(II) presenting the report of annual review;
(III)
presenting the audit verification report; and
(IV) presenting other related
materials.
Time for Annual Review: July 1st through September 30th of each
year
Processing Procedures:
(I) Any and all of bone ash halls shall,
within ten days upon receipt of the annual review notice, present any and all of
materials necessary for annual review to the bureau of civil affairs at
district/county level by which the very bone ash halls are governed;
(II) The
bureau of civil affairs at district/county level shall, upon receipt of such
materials, complete first review, and, in case of approval, report to Shanghai
Funeral Administration for final review and approval; and
(III) Shanghai
Funeral Administration shall, upon receipt of opinions of first review by the
bureau of civil affairs at district/county level with the materials necessary
for annual review presented by the bone ash halls, make the final conclusion of
annual review.

Time Limit
for Processing: The bureau of civil affairs at district/county level shall,
within fifteen days upon receipt of materials necessary for annual report
presented by the very bone ash hall, make the decision upon first review, and
present the opinion of first review with materials necessary for first review to
Shanghai Funeral Administration for final review.
Shanghai Funeral
Administration shall, within fifteen days upon receipt of the opinion of first
review by the bureau of civil affairs at district/county level and materials
necessary for annual review presented by the very bone ash hall, make the final
conclusion of annual review.
Qualified Application Subject: Any and all of
operating bone ash halls that have stated businesses in
Shanghai
