Processing Authority: (Administrative Office of Private Non-enterprise
Entities under) Administration of Social Organizations of Shanghai Municipality,
the administration of social organizations at district/county level
Application Formalities:
(I) presenting the Report (sealed by the
operation governing authority upon first review) (made in triplicate);
(II)
presenting the financial statement of the previous fiscal year; and
(III)
presenting the copy of the Registration Certificate of Private Non-Enterprise
Entity.
Processing Procedures:
(I) Fill-in
1. Any and all of the
private non-enterprise entities competent for the online annual review may
browse the Guide of Online Annual Review at http://stj.sh.gov.cn and fill in the relevant
data and materials online subject to requirements of the Report, make the
declaration online directly, print out the Report in triplicate upon final
determination and approval by both the operation governing authority and the
registration administration authority, and present the report signed and sealed
by the legal representatives or leading officers with other required materials
to the operation governing authority for first review.
2. Any and all of the
private non-enterprise entities not competent for the online annual review may
either download the Report from http://stj.sh.gov.cn or go to the registration
administration authority for the Report by presenting the copy of the
Registration Certificate of Private Non-Enterprise Entity, fill in it according
to facts, and present it to the operation governing authority for first
review.
(II) Review
The registration administration authority shall review
the Report of Annual Review, the financial statement, and other required
materials presented by the private non-enterprise entities.
(III)
Notice
1. The municipal registration administration authority will issue the
Notice of Private Non-Enterprise Entities Completing Annual Review to those
qualified that who shall go to the municipal registration administration
authority to complete any and all of formalities necessary for pass of annual
review by presenting such Notice, and take back the copy of the Registration
Certificate of Private Non-Enterprise Entity.
2. The municipal registration
administration authority will inform those un-qualified to be subject to
correction in due course of time or to due punishment.
(IV)
Announcement
The registration administration authority will announce to
public those private non-enterprise entities qualified in annual
review.

Time Limit for Processing: Any and all
of private non-enterprise entities subject to annual review shall, by March 31st
of each year, present the Report of Annual Review of Private Non-Enterprise
Entities in Shanghai (hereinafter referred to as the Report) to the operation
governing authority for first review, and shall, by May 31st of each year in
case of approval in first review, present it to the registration administration
authority which shall, by June 30th of each year, make the conclusion of pass or
not pass for the final review to those private non-enterprise entities subject
to annual review.
Qualified Application Subject: Any and all of private
non-enterprise entities registered in the municipal registration administration
authority by December 31st of the previous year. |
