Application
Formalities:
(I) presenting the Report of Annual Review of Social
Organization (made in triplicate);
(II) presenting the financial statement of
2003; and
(III) presenting the copy of the Registration Certificate of Social
Organization/Social Legal Entity.
Processing Procedures:
(I) The
registration administration authority will issue the announcement or notice of
annual review;
(II) Any and all of social organizations shall, prior to the
definite deadline, go to the registration administration authority for and fill
in the Report of Annual Review of Social Organization (where the very social
organizations that participate in the online annual review may fill in it online
directly and make correction subject to the opinion of review online, if
any);
(III) The very social organizations shall, subject to due requirements,
prepare required materials and, upon review by the operation governing
authority, present them to the registration administration authority;
(IV)
The registration administration authority will, subject to contents of annual
review under Article V of the Interim Rules for Annual Review of Social
Organizations; and
(V) The registration administration authority will make
the conclusions of annual review.

Time Limit for Processing: The registration
administration authority will, upon receipt of any and all of valid documents
for annual review, make the decision of passing or not passing annual review.
