Application for Purchase of the Printed Book for Purchase of Invoices

Processing Authority: Shanghai Municipal Office of State Administration of Taxation, each sub-bureau of Shanghai Local Taxation Bureau, each office of State Administration of Taxation at the district/county level of Shanghai Municipality, and each sub-branch of Shanghai Local Taxation Bureau at the district/county level of Shanghai Municipality

Processing Procedures:
(1) The taxpayer shall, upon the copy of the certificate of tax registration, go to the competent taxation authority for the Registration Form for Print/Purchase of Invoices.
(2) The taxpayer shall fill in the Form according to facts and present it to the competent taxation authority with the supporting document for the personal identity of the person in charge of application and the specimen special seal and signature for invoice.

Processing Address:
Registration Center under Shanghai Finance Bureau, No. 1060, Lujiabang Road, Shanghai
Taxation Bureau of Pudong New Area, No. 2980, Middle Yanggao Road, Shanghai
Processing Time: 1. On Mondays through Fridays except for statutory festivals or holidays.
2. See accepting time announced by each sub-bureau respectively for details of processing time.
Time Limit for Processing: The competent taxation authority shall, within ten working days upon receipt of the Printed Book for Purchase of Invoices, complete review whereof.
Qualified Application Subject:
(I) Any and all of taxpayers who complete any and all of formalities necessary for tax registration with the legitimate and valid the certificate of tax registration.
(II) Any and all of taxpayers who are in need of purchase and use of special invoices for value-added tax and held as the common taxpayers of value-added tax by the competent taxation authority.
