(4) Form for certifying the plant capacity
of enterprise engaged in processing (in quadruplicate, with official seal
stamped)
3. Submission of processing trade contract for approval:
(1)
Submission for approval by using bills of document that the enterprise

6. Submission for domestic sales of bonded
imported materials and parts from processing trade
(1) Application report for
domestic sales
(2) The original approval certificate for processing trade
business

Procedures: 1.Submission of documents for certifying the plant
capacity of processing enterprise:
(1) Enterprise shall fill out the form for
certifying the plant capacity for processing trade in a faithful manner, in
quadruplicates, with official seal stamped.
(2) Examination and approval
authorities examine and verify the enterprise's submitted form and relevant
materials, and issue the certificate of plant capacity for processing trade with
seal stamped after the inspection is passed.
2. Submission for altering
(extending) the approval certificate:
(1) The application for the alteration
(extension) of approval certificate must be made within the prescribed period of
validity.
(2) Contract extension usually may not exceed twice, every time not
exceeding 6 months.
3. Cancellation of filed materials after
verification:
(1) Based on the letter of notice for cancellation issued by
customs house and the original approval certificate for processing trade
business, the business enterprise applies with the original examination and
approval authorities in foreign economic relations & trade for canceling
filed materials after verification within 30 days after the goods export has
been cancelled after verification.
(2) For those enterprises that have not
applied with the original examination and approval authorities in foreign
economic relations & trade for canceling filed materials after verification
within the time limit for the cancellation without justified course, the
examination and approval authorities are entitled to stop examining and
approving their new contracts for processing trade.
4. Submission for the
non-evaluated equipment from import processing trade:
(1) Shanghai Foreign
Economic Relations & Trade Commission has the power to examine and approve
the import of non-evaluated equipment from processing trade, while the
examination and approval authorities in foreign economic relations & trade
of each district and county is not entitled to do so.
(2) For examination and
approval of the import of non-evaluated equipment from processing trade, the
certificate shall be issued within five business days as a general rule.
5.
Submission for domestic sales of bonded imported materials and parts from
processing trade
For examination and approval of domestic sales of bonded
imported materials and parts from processing trade, the certificate will be
issued within three business days as a general rule.
