Not all intellectual property rights are protected by the laws and administrative regulations of China. Not all intellectual property rights can be filed for record at the Customs Office. Considering, for the time being, both the protection of intellectual property rights and the need to convenience normal trade, only the copy right, patent and the right to the exclusive use of trade-marks can be filed for and are protected by the Customs Office.
