What are the procedures for the transfer of land-use rights?

The transferee can, in accordance with the stipulations of the contract and relevant legal rules, assign, mortgage or rent the rights or conduct other economic activity allowed by laws on property within the transferring period. The transferee of the new transfer shall continue to fulfill the contract, enjoy the rights and bear the obligations of the contract.
The buildings, structures, and other accessories on the land shall be transferred simultaneously with the rights.
