The Chinese-foreign equity joint venture contract, Chinese- foreign contractual joint venture contract, or Chinese-foreign contractual contract for the exploration and exploitation of natural sources in China with State approval can still be carried out according to the articles of the contract even though there are new stipulations from the law.
