China, audited and chopped by Shanghai municipal safety supervising institution
of boiler and pressure container;
(6) 2 copies of Registration Form of Using
Pressure Container (filled).
2. Registration of pressure container on duty
(1) Testing report and
records of the pressure container on duty;
(2) 2 copies of Registration Form
of Using Pressure Container (filled);
(3) Testing reports on safety
accessories;
(4) Rules on safety operation.
