Application formalities: applicant enterprises should fill in "Application for Key Construction Projects in Agriculture Industrialization of Shanghai", and submit the following application materials:
1. Copies of business license of the enterprise issued by organs for industrial and commercial registration;
2. Certificate on credit grade of the enterprise issued by deposit bank for the basic account of the enterprise;
3. Financial report of the previous year examined and signed by certified accountant from a legal accounting agency.
4. Certificate on agriculture bases promoted by the enterprise and its farmer number issued by local agricultural administrative departments of the place where the enterprise is located.
5. Enterprises of agricultural product export are to attach certificate on amount of exports authorized by the customs or certificate on amount and sum of exported products issued by trade company entrusted to export products for the enterprises.
6. Certificate on market share from trade societies or from agent with authorities on market statistics of main products of the enterprise.
7. Certificates proving whether the enterprise is a high-tech enterprise, whether it passes quality authentication system of ISO9000 and HACCP, etc., whether is passes authentication on green food or safe and high quality food of Shanghai.
