Application formalities: Enterprises operating the business should work out necessary management system and equip enterprises with corresponding storage facilities and technical personnel, filling in "Registration Form on Putting Feed and Feed Additive Business Operators on Record".
Transaction procedures:
(I) Applicant enterprises get "Form of Examination on Feed and Feed Additive Business Operators of Shanghai" from local feed administrative departments(if there are no such departments in district or county, applicants can get one from Office of Feed Work of Shanghai) and fill in the Form;
(II) Feed administrative departments do examination work on qualifications of the applicant enterprises.

Time limit for transaction: Office of Feed Work of Shanghai is to make a decision on whether to accept the application within 5 working days after receiving application materials from applicant enterprises; they are to do examination work on enterprise qualifications within 20 working days after accepting the application.
Applicant qualifications: enterprises operating feed and feed additives should be equipped with the following conditions:
(I) Having storage facilities in correspondence with its feed and feed additives business;
(II) Having technical personnel with knowledge on using, storing and subpacking feed and feed additives;
(III) Having necessary management system on product quality.
