(II) If name from the applicant enterprise is not reasonable, or does not meet requirements on management of animal remedy name from the state, or it is the same or similar to name of animal remedy product from other manufacturers in Shanghai, the applicant can not get the approval and is to be explained reasons for the result;
(III) If applicant enterprises file in an application online, they can get reply on whether to approve their application or not directly. 

Charging standard and its basis: no standard or basis for fee collection, and it is free of charge for going through the application procedure.
