Transaction procedures:
1. Units applying to hold international travel fair or exhibitions file in an application to Tourism Administrative Committee of Shanghai, submitting plan on exhibition, and the Committee is to report the application to the municipal government for examination and approval;
2. After verified and approved by the municipal government, Tourism Administrative Committee of Shanghai is to report the plan on exhibition to the State Tourism Administration for examination and approval;
3. If units holding the exhibition or fair invite persons above the level of deputy minister of foreign government to the exhibition or fair, the municipal government should report to the State Council for examination and approval according to relevant regulations.
