The municipal Administration on Industry and Commerce is responsible for registration of advertisement in form of plaque of chain stores in Shanghai, and all braches are responsible for registration of advertisements in plaque form within their own district or those entrusted by the municipal Administration.
Application formalities:
1. Business license (certificate on advertising operation) or other supporting documents on its legal capability;
2. Sample script, and effect drawing (to indicate dimensions) of advertisements in plaque form;
3. Legal certificate on using the location for advertisement in plaque form;
4. Letter of commitment on safety in power utilization in construction and devices of plaque advertisements;
5. Other relevant supporting documents prescribed by regulations on administration of advertisement.

Charging standard and its basis: registration fee
