Handling Procedure: Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology will entrust Shanghai Municipal Experiment Animal Administration Office to handle the applications.
1. Receipt of the application.
2. Checking and examination.
3. Expert evaluation.
4. Result checking.
5. Approval from Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission.
6. Issuance of permit.
