Handling Procedure:
1. The applicant shall get its form from Shanghai Municipal Veterinary Station with canid immunity notice from Public Security Bureau or from the Internet and fill out the form carefully.
2. Two one-inch passport photo is needed for new canid applicant. Electronic signature will be implanted into the animal.
3. If the dog is observed to have no disease, rabies vaccine will be injected.
4. "Shanghai Canid Immunity Permit" will be issued to the owner. Basic cost will be charged.
5. "Shanghai Canid Immunity Permit" shall be checked once year. Vaccine will be injected each year.
