2£®Shanghai Municipal Station of
Promoting the Use of Agriculture Machinery will carry out preliminary checking
of the project, check the agriculture machinery and compile checking and
inspection plan, which include the following:

Testing
¢ÚProduction Inspection
¢ÛCustomer Survey
¢ÜFactory Quality
Assurance System Inspection
3£®Only agriculture machinery that has been tested
and approved by Shanghai Municipal Station of Promoting the Use of Agriculture
Machinery can be used in Shanghai.
Fee and Collection Standards:
(I)
Charging Standards: Handling fee (each set or unit): RMB 200 yuan.

According to:
1. Article 2 and 18 of "Regulations
(provisional) on the Appraisal of Machinery Used in Agriculture, Animal Farming
and Fishing Industries": The appraisal of agriculture machinery shall be carried
out through scientific testing, so that the using value and necessity of
promotion of machinery can be evaluated. Machinery that has not been appraised
or received permit shall not be promoted, shall not enjoy any financial or loan
preferential policies.
2. Circular on Distributing "Measures (provisional)
of Shanghai Municipality on Issuing Permit to Promote the Use of Agriculture
Machinery" published by Shanghai Agriculture Machinery Administration Bureau,

Duration of Handling: Shanghai Agriculture Machine and Technology Promotion
Station will make its decision within seven days after the receipt of
"Application Form of Shanghai Municipality on Promoting the Use of Agriculture
Machinery Appraisal (experiment)". If approved, the applicant shall submit all
documents within 45 days.
Qualification of Applicants: (I) Applicant:
1£®Agriculture machinery
production enterprises registered in Shanghai.
2£®Agriculture machinery
production enterprises from other provinces but whose products are promoted in
Shanghai.
3£®Agriculture machinery production enterprises from foreign
countries but whose products are promoted in Shanghai.
(II)
Requirements:
1£®The agriculture machinery has to be tested and
examined.
2£®A certain number of the machinery has to be produced.
3£®The
products have to be used in certain areas of Shanghai for a certain period of
time. |
