5. Training certificate of veterinary medicine commissioner

Duration of Handling:
1. Application Handling: The applicant shall fill out an application registration form.
2. Checking: Checking of documents will be carried out within five days after the receipt of all documents. Applicants will be informed if more documents are needed. If the applicant can't hand in all necessary documents within one month, then he/she should apply once again. On-spot checking will be carried out within ten days after all the documents have been submitted. Five days after on-spot inspection, the applicant will be informed. "Approval of Animal Epidemic Prevention" will be issued to qualified applicants. Those not qualified will be informed.
3. Re-check: If the applicant fails the preliminary checking, he/she can apply for re-check after adjustment has been made. On-spot checking will be carried out within ten days after receiving the re-check application. Decision will be made and informed to the applicant within ten days. Qualified applicant will receive "Approval of Animal Epidemic Prevention" and applicant who fails will be informed.
Qualification of Applicants: Enterprises or individuals who specialize in animal raising, slaughter, process, transportation, buying and selling, treating, animal product processing, operation and storage.
