4) Chart of the auctioneer and the auction rules
5) Valid certificate of property right or use right for the qualified business premise
6) Certificate of the charted auctioneer
7) "Pre-approval Notice of Enterprise Name" by the industry & commerce administration
8) Certificate of Cultural Relics Professional Qualification shall be submitted as well in case of applying for setting up cultural relics business
