According to article 6 of the Regulations, the provider of the format clause must file the contract wording with the Industrial and Commercial Bureau before the conclusion of the contract if the contract falls into the following six categories:

1. House sales or rentals, with accompanying brokerage contracts or contracts of mandate

2. Realty management and house decoration contracts

3. Travel contracts

4. Power, water, or gas supply contracts

5. Transportation contracts

6. Postal or telecommunications contracts
