2. Application form for attracting talented personnel.
3. Professional and technical qualifications of the talented personnel.
4. Degree certificate of the talented personnel.
5. Proof that the personnel meet the conditions of introduction.
6. Original copy of approval from other provinces and municipalities.
7. Physical examination report of the personnel.
8. Original copy of report on the work of the personnel.
9. Other documents that can prove the competence of the talented personnel, including prizes, thesis, books and other documents.
10. ID card copy of the relocation of the talented personnel and his family members.
11. Other necessary documents.
Handling Procedures:
1. When all the necessary documents are prepared, the applicants can submit the application and documents to relevant authorities.
2. The supervising authority will carry out preliminary check.
3. Check and approval of Shanghai Municipal Personnel Bureau. The result will be informed to relevant authorities.
4. The applicants will be informed to proceed with certain procedures.
