5. Management system that has been established for students from KSAR, Macao SAR and Taiwan.
6. Relevant information about students from HKSAR, Macao SAR and Taiwan (including application form for enrollment).
Handling Procedures:
1. Handling of application.
2. Shanghai Municipal Education Commission shall be responsible for checking the qualification of schools together with Taiwan Affairs Office and Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau.
3. Written approval.
4. Submit to the Ministry of Education Office of HKSAR, Macao SAR and Taiwan Affairs
5. Approval from district (county) level education bureau is needed for primary and middle school and kindergarten that want to accept students from HKSAR, Macao SAR and Taiwan. Qualification will be submitted to Shanghai Municipal Education Commission for archiving.

Qualification of Applicants:
1. With qualification to organize full-time bachelor degree or above education.
2. With qualified faculty and teaching facilities.
3. With nice environment and surrounding, and accommodation facilities suitable for students.
4. Have special staff or institution responsible for the students from HKSAR, Macao SAR and Taiwan. Have all necessary regulations on the acceptance, education and administration of such students.
