Application Procedures:
The applicant shall submit the following documents:
1. Letter of
application for the establishment of the school (including purpose of the
school, scale of enrollment, enrollment area and scale of school).
2.
Articles of association of the school.
3. Proof of the applicant.
4. Name
and qualification of school headmaster and members of board of directors.
5.
Facility, fund, playground, premise and fund of the school and relevant
proof.
6. Source of teaching staff.
Handling Procedures:
1. The
applicant shall submit the application to Shanghai Municipal Education
Commission.
2. Check and approval from Shanghai Municipal Education
Commission.
3. Submit to the Ministry of Education for archiving.
