Yes. Starting in July 2001, the municipality has carried out a three-year training project focusing on WTO-related affairs. The project aims at training and providing talent specialized in laws, regulation and business related to WTO. The 100 trainees will work for big state-owned enterprises, service organizations and guilds after graduation.
