Time limit: 1. The construction organization shall fill in the "Safety Agreement" and the "Commencement Report" and file them in the municipal or district/county supervision authority for safe production as per the two levels of authority coverage;
2. The safety management department of the construction organization or the general contractor organization shall examine the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th items of the "conditions for application", with having the "General condition of safety management" of the "Commencement Report" signed by the examiner and affixed with the official seal of safety management department;
For that qualified to be recorded, the blank of "Comment of administrative department" of "Commencement Report" shall be affixed with "Special Seal for Recording" of the supervision authority for safe production and signed by the handler. "Safety Agreement" and "Commencement Report" shall be filed.
Duration of examination: on site in general conditions and within 2 working days for special conditions.
