Application procedure: The producing
enterprise to attend the annual inspection shall obtain the "Registration Form
of Annual Inspection of Technical Safety Protection Products" (hereinafter
referred to as "Registration Form of Annual Inspection") from the local
Technical Safety Protection Office of district/county Public Security Branch
Bureau at every February (the detailed time shall be notified otherwise) and
fill in the form and submit it and following documents to the Technical Safety
Protection Office of district/county Public Security Branch Bureau (all
documents shall be in 2 copies and affixed with official seal):
(1)
Copy of model inspection of product;
(2) Original copy and duplicate copy of
"Approval of Registration of Production of Technical Safety Protection
Products";
(3) Copy of achievement report of technical training.

Protection Office of Shanghai Public Security Bureau shall organize the
Technical Safety Protection Office of district/county Public Security Branch
Bureau and relevant experts to take the inspection of the quality system of the
applicant enterprise at March of the same year and fill in the "Record of
Inspection of Quality System of the Producing Enterprise for Technical Safety
Protection Products".

LAYOUT-GRID-MODE: char; LINE-HEIGHT: 135%">¡¡¡¡(2) The Technical Safety
Protection Office of district/county Public Security Branch Bureau shall make
preliminary examination of the applicant enterprise according to the
requirements of annual inspection and the inspection condition. For the
qualified, it shall submit the application documents to the Technical Safety
Protection Office of Shanghai Public Security Bureau.

135%">¡¡¡¡(3) The Technical Safety Protection Office of Shanghai Public
Security Bureau shall make the conclusion of annual inspection.

LINE-HEIGHT: 135%">¡¡¡¡¢Ù For the applicant whose products are accepted by the
annual inspection, the Technical Safety Protection Office of Shanghai Public
Security Bureau shall stick the annual inspection mark on the original and
duplicate copies of "Approval of Registration of Production" respectively and
affix the "Annual Inspection Seal of the Technical Safety Protection Office of
Shanghai Public Security Bureau". After that, it shall return the "Approval of
Registration of Production";

enterprise that is determined unqualified to the requirements of annual
inspection or to the quality system and maintains unqualified even after ten
working days of correction shall be finally determined failed in the annual
inspection;
¡¡¡¡¢Û As to the products not taken into annual inspection or failed
in the annual inspection, the Technical Safety Protection Office of
district/county Public Security Branch Bureau shall withdraw "Approval of
Registration of Production" held by the enterprise. Since May 1 of the same
year, such products shall be forbidden to be produced and sold in Shanghai.

regulations£¬the Technical Safety Protection Office of Shanghai Public Security
Bureau shall make the conclusion of annual inspection by the end of April of the
same year.
Applicant's qualification: (1) Strictly abide by the
¡°Methods on Management of Technical Safety Protection Products¡±, ¡°Methods of
Shanghai on Management of Technical Protection of Public Safety"£¬and other
relevant regulations of the authority for public security.
(2) Receive
the supervision and management of the authority for technical safety protection
in a voluntary way.
(3) The enterprise shall strictly implement
national standards and industrial standards and provide timely and reliable
technical security and after service to users.
(4) The product model
inspection is still valid.
(5) The quality system works
well.
(6) Cooperate with national, industrial and local authorities for
quality supervision to conduct the random inspection of products. |
