| Acceptance upon Completion of Technical Safety Protection Project, Level Three

Execution authority: the Technical Safety Protection Offices of
district/county Public Security Branch Bureaus
Application procedure: When
apply for acceptance of technical safety protection project, the engaged
organization shall submit following documents (all documents shall be affixed
with the official seal) to the Technical Safety Protection Office of
district/county Public Security Branch Bureau
(1) Copy of Technical
safety protection project contract;
(2) Copy of assignment book issued
by the construction organization;
(3) Copy of valid certification of
product quality;
(4) Copy of "Shanghai Examination Conclusion of Primary
Design of Technical Safety Protection Project";
(5) Copy of "Shanghai
Commitment of Correction upon the Examination Conclusion of Primary Design of
Technical Safety Protection Project";
(6) Original copy of completion
report, trial system running report and primary system test report;
(7)
Formal design documents, implementation programs and relevant
drawings.
Execution procedure:

135%">¡¡¡¡The Technical Safety Protection Office of Shanghai Public Security
Bureau shall organize the Technical Safety Protection Office of district/county
Public Security Branch Bureau, construction organization, engaged organization
and experts to jointly examine the completed project since receiving the
application documents. For the qualified, the construction organization and
engaged organization shall fill in the "Shanghai Commitment of Correction upon
the Examination Conclusion of Primary Design of Technical Safety Protection
Project" as per the suggestions and requirements of the acceptance team. After
that, the examination team shall fill in and issue the "Shanghai Conclusion of
Acceptance upon Completion of Technical Safety Protection Project" to the
construction organization and engaged organization. For the unqualified, the
engaged organization shall make correction as per the suggestions and submit the
application for acceptance for a second time.
¡¡¡¡For the technical safety
protection project, level three, with the total sum less than 100 thousand yuan,
the examination for acceptance shall follow a simplified procedure derived from
above procedure.

Time limit: For the application with the application documents full
and in conformity with relevant regulations£¬the Technical Safety Protection
Office of district/county Public Security Branch Bureau shall organize the joint
examination within 5 working days.
Applicant's qualification: The
examination shall be conducted after the technical safety protection project has
been completed as per the requirements of assignment book (including the
committed correction upon the examination of primary design) and the system has
been adjusted and operated normally for one month.
