Application procedure: 1. "Shanghai Application Form for Acceptance of Fire Protection Facilities upon Completion of Construction" in paper form with official seal affixed and in electronic form in floppy disk. The paper form shall be signed by the legal representative or the principal and affixed with the legal person's seal of the organization. All construction organizations for specific tasks shall clearly specify the range of projects that they undertake respectively; 2. Lists and quality certification of construction parts, fireproof performance of materials and fire protection products; 3. Copies of all pieces of "Conclusion of Examination of Fire Protection Design for Construction Project" issued by the original authorities for public security and fire protection; 4. Report on availability of fire protection facilities upon qualified commissioning in paper form and in electronic form in floppy disk. This report is with fixed format and shall be signed by the commissioning staff and affixed with the official seal of the organization that the commissioning staff serves for. (The simple indoor decoration shall be evidenced by the certification issued by the property management organization stating "the fire protection facilities keep unchanged or has been availed"); 5. Logic relation chart or descriptive text of the fire alarm interlink control system, with the official seal of the organization that conducts the commissioning affixed; 6. Original copy of name list of on-duty staff in fire control room, with the official seal of legal person of the property management organization affixed; 7. Record of painting of fire resistant materials on steel structures.
Execution procedure: The authorities for public security and fire protection shall dispatch suitable employees to examine the construction within 10 working days and issue the "Comments on Acceptance of Fire Protection Facilities of Construction Project" to the qualified within 7 working days since finishing the examination.

Time limit: The authorities for public security and fire protection shall make field investigation within 10 working days since receiving the application and issue the written comments within 7 working days after finishing the examination.
Applicant's qualification: For the project of building, expansion, rebuilding and indoor upholstery in Shanghai, the corresponding fire protection facilities shall be examined and accepted.
