Application procedure: 1. The applicant organization shall obtain the
"Application Form for Temporary Use of Municipal Fire Hydrant", in three copies,
at any outlet (or business office) of the running water company that is
responsible for the applicant organization and then fill in and affix the
official seal on the form; 2. The applicant organization shall take the
"Application Form for Temporary Use of Municipal Fire Hydrant" to the War
Training Division of Shanghai Fire Bureau to obtain the "Certificate of
Temporary Use of Municipal Fire Hydrant" and pay 200 yuan as the deposit; 3.
The term of temporary use of fire hydrant shall not exceed one month and, if it
exceeds one month, the user shall renew the certificate; 4. Within 7 days
after using the municipal fire hydrant, the organization shall return the
"Certificate of Temporary Use of Municipal Fire Hydrant" to Shanghai Fire Bureau
and get back the deposit. Execution procedure: 1. The applicant organization
shall submit to the local running water company; 2. Upon the approval of the
local running water company, the application shall be submitted to Shanghai Fire
Bureau; 3. Shanghai Fire Bureau and the running water company shall issue the
"Certificate of Temporary Use of Municipal Fire Hydrant" jointly. Standard
