How do public security and fire protection authorities supervise dangerous chemical products?
(01/15/2003)

The public security and fire protection authorities, according to law, are responsible for approving the design of and checking fire protection facilities when a construction project involving production, storage and usage of dangerous chemical products is established, renovated or enlarged in area.
They are also responsible for establishing a safety responsibility system for institutions involved in the production, storage and usage of dangerous chemical products and for supervising and inspecting the fire protection conditions.
