They should obtain and complete the Application Form for Flammable and Explosive Chemical Products Fire Protection Safety Examination at the public security and fire protection department and they should submit the below materials:

1.  Official reports approving the design of fire protection facilities and of the inspection of the facilities upon completion of construction
2.  An ground plan of the place storing the products
3.  Fire protection management regulations of the institutions
4.  Licences of staff workers allowing them to work with the products
The public security and fire protection department will give feedback within 15 days after receving the application.
