1. Complete Application Form of Fire Protection Safety Inspection
2. Present related materials required by the form
3. The application should be finished six days before the event is held
4. For large-scale gatherings, lantern shows and other public events, present a drawing of the planned location and arrangment of the activities
5. For firework shows, the sponsors must first get approval from the government and then present the below materials to the fire protection departments:
- qualifications of the institutions to hold firework shows
- plan concerning technical details of the show
- plan concerning organization of the show   
The public security and fire protection department will give feedback within 10 days after receiving the application.
