2. Approval from urban planning department, redline for the distributed land.
3. Gross layout of the construction project.
4. Blueprint of pipelines of the project.
5. Approval of the construction project.
6. Plans on the protection of water channel protection.

Handling Procedures:
1. Within ten days after receiving the water use permit, the well digging company shall submit its well digging qualification to Shanghai Municipal Water Supply Administration for filing.
2. Within ten days after the well digging project is inspected and accepted, the construction company shall submit inspection documents, stratigraphic map, chemical analysis of water and other documents to Shanghai Municipal Water Supply Administration for file.
