Application
Procedures:
1. Letter of application for the temporary
termination of water supply and reduction of water pressure.
2. Construction
plans on the temporary termination of water supply and reduction of water
pressure.
3. Plans on public service during temporary termination and
reduction.
4. Emergency plans.
5. Relevant blueprints and documents.
Handling Procedures:
1. Within ten days after receiving the water use
permit, the well digging company shall submit its well digging qualification to
Shanghai Municipal Water Supply Administration for filing.
2. Within ten days
after the well digging project is inspected and accepted, the construction
company shall submit inspection document, stratigraphic map, chemical analysis
of water and other documents to Shanghai Municipal Water Supply Administration
for filing.
