Processing Authority: Shanghai Municipal Administration of Water Supply or
district (county) level water administration bureaus
Application Procedures:
1. Letter of application for water balance testing.
2. Network plan of
water supply and sewage pipelines.
3. Plans of water balance test and water
conservation project.
Handling Procedures:
1. Within ten days after receiving the water use
permit, the well digging company shall submit its well digging qualification to
Shanghai Municipal Water Supply Administration for filing.
2. Within ten days
after the well digging project is inspected and accepted, the construction
company shall submit inspection documents, stratigraphic map, chemical analysis
of water and other documents to Shanghai Municipal Water Supply Administration
for filing.
