Application Procedures:  
1. Qualification of well digging construction enterprises. (Copy)
2. Filing for project acceptance inspection (including acceptance inspection document, stratigraphic map and chemical analysis of water).

Handling Procedures: 　　
1. Within ten days after receiving the water use permit, the well digging company shall submit its well digging qualification to Shanghai Municipal Water Supply Administration for filing.
2. Within ten days after the well digging project is inspected and accepted, the construction company shall submit inspection document, stratigraphic map, chemical analysis of water and other documents to Shanghai Municipal Water Supply Administration for file.
