4. Approval for the initial application of "Permit on the Use
of Ground Water"

Third Party when there is interest conflict.
7. Other relevant documents and
information.
If the project is not a construction project included in the administration
of basic state project, the applicant shall submit the application with document
No. 2, 3, 6 and 7.
