Processing Authority: Shanghai Municipal Highway Budgetary Estimate
Administration Station Application Formalities: Qualified applicant shall
fill out the application form and proceed with application at Shanghai Municipal
Highway Budgetary Estimate Administration Station with all other documents,
including original and copy of degree certificates and vocational
qualifications. (1) Registration Form of Grade A Highway Project Budgetary
Estimate Officer (2) Registration Form of Grade B Highway Project Budgetary
Estimate Office
Handling Procedures: กกกก 1. Shanghai Municipal Highway Project Budgetary
Estimate Administration Station will organize training and examination according
to the notice of Ministry of Transportation. Those who have passed the
examination will receive a certificate from the station. 2. Shanghai
Municipal Highway Project Budgetary Estimate Administration Station will prepare
for the organization of examination according to the time and schedule of
Ministry of Transportation (The test papers are in the charge of the Ministry of
Transportation. Exam papers for Grade A will be graded by the Ministry of
Transportation. Grade B exam papers will be graded by Shanghai Municipal Highway
Project Budgetary Estimate Administration Station. Results will be published on
the Internet and submitted to the Ministry of Transportation for file.

Qualification of Applicants: 1. Staff with assistant engineer
(assistant economist) qualification and staff that has been engaged in highway
project budgetary estimate for more than three consecutive years can apply to
take part in Grade B exam. 2. Staff with assistant engineer (assistant
economist) qualification and staff that has been engaged in highway project
budgetary estimate for more than five consecutive years can apply to take part
in Grade A exam.
