Processing Authority: Shanghai Municipal Highway Projects Quality Supervision Station
Application Formalities:: "Application Form for Highway Projects Supervision Engineers Qualification Approval" and other documents, indicating:
(1) Professional qualification and Letter of Appointment.
(2) Labor contract signed with the supervising company.
(3) Working experience of highway project supervision and other relevant documents.
(4) Certificate of highway project supervision training organized by the Ministry of Transportation and Shanghai Municipal Urban Infrastructure Administration Bureau.

Processing Procedures:
I. The approval of qualification shall be carried out during the fourth quarter of each year.
II. The applicant shall fill out the application form, submit it and other relevant documents to Department Three of Quality Supervision of Shanghai Municipal Highway Project Quality Supervision Station.
III. The supervision station shall submit the application documents to qualification approval working group for preliminary inspection. The working group shall then submit its opinion to approval leading panel. Qualification certificate will be issued.

Charging Standard & Basis: Explanation:
1. Fees shall be charged by Shanghai Municipal Highway Projects Quality Supervision Station.
2. This is a provisional measure before the publication of new documents by the Ministry of Transportation.
